Food Supply for National-Level Workshop
Quotations are invited from reputed caterers/food service providers for providing food and refreshment services during the National-Level Workshop on “Gravitational Waves and LIGO-India”, to be held at our institute.

Scope of Work:
Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, and evening snacks
Hygienic preparation and timely service
Vegetarian meals (non-veg, if required, may be quoted separately)
Approximate number of participants: 50

Duration: 16 - 18, February, 2026

Eligibility:
Experience in handling institutional/national-level events
Valid food license, GST registration and Trade Licence
