Signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd.
Siliguri Institute of Technology (SIT) advanced its industry–academia collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. Under this partnership, the Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP) will be established at SIT to provide students with structured, industry-aligned technical training. As part of the initiative, a dedicated workshop laboratory will be set up with Toyota-standard tools and learning resources to offer hands-on exposure to real-world automotive technologies. The collaboration aims to strengthen practical learning, enhance technical competence, and improve employability by aligning academic training with current industry practices. |
