Past Events: IDEATHON

Ideathon 4.0, 2026

Ideathon 4.0 was successfully held at Siliguri Institute of Technology on 20th January 2026, emerging as one of the largest idea-based innovation events in North Bengal. The event brought together school and college students from across India, encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and solution-driven innovation.

With 80+ registrations nationwide, 25 finalist teams competed in online and offline modes, and 100+ participants were present on campus, creating a dynamic environment of collaboration and intellectual exchange. The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the spirit of knowledge and innovation.

Participants showcased innovative solutions to real-world problems, evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges:
